ServiceNow UI/UX Designer — Government

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end experiences, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs for ServiceNow modules, portals, and workspaces
• conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
• maintain design systems and reusable components
• design and configure Service Portal widgets and UI Builder pages
• ensure Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility
• collaborate with developers and administrators during build and QA
• maintain UX documentation
• present design concepts
• support change management and training documentation.
