What you'll do

• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and workload distribution
• oversee delinquency, collections, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, repossession, and credit reporting operations
• develop collections and loss mitigation strategies
• oversee loan workouts and payment arrangements
• monitor portfolio performance and risk
• prepare operational and risk reports
• ensure compliance with applicable requirements and internal controls
• handle escalations
• identify process, workflow, and technology improvements.
