Maintenance Apprentice

The Maintenance Apprentice role is onsite in Virginia Beach, VA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, and a $2,500 hiring bonus is available. The role supports residents by maintaining common areas, preparing units, completing work orders, and assisting with inspections and safety systems.

What you'll do

• Assist experienced maintenance technicians
• clean and maintain common areas and grounds
• turn over units through cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
• complete work orders and preventive maintenance
• support inspections and identify maintenance needs
• help ensure building safety systems function properly.
