What you'll do

• Maintain facility and grounds
• perform routine plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
• clean windows and screens
• replace light bulbs
• service heating and cooling systems as specified
• complete unscheduled maintenance as directed
• report defective equipment
• replenish maintenance supplies
• and maintain parking areas and driveways.
