What you'll do

• Support business and real estate transactions
• draft transactional resolutions and corporate documents
• establish and maintain virtual data sites
• prepare closing documents and coordinate closing and post-closing requirements
• review transaction issues including franchise tax, doing-business matters, and filing timelines
• prepare and file Form D, Blue-Sky, UCC, and IRS documents
• maintain entity records
• oversee electronic closing binders
• track matters in the docketing system
• communicate with clients and third parties.
