What you'll do

• Order prescribed medications, equipment, and supplies
• prepare and administer ordered treatments and medications
• notify physicians and/or family members of changes in resident condition
• provide nursing services including tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary
• continuously observe and monitor seriously ill residents
• advocate for residents and ensure care aligns with care plans and personal wishes
• complete required charting accurately and promptly.
