Gift Shop Sales Associate

The Gift Shop Sales Associate role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Pay is $14 per hour. The position supports Cloverkey’s hospital gift shop operations and serves hospital staff, volunteers, patients, and visitors. The associate provides customer service, supports sales goals, processes transactions, and maintains an organized and inviting shop. The role also follows hospital infection prevention requirements and applicable hospital onboarding and occupational health screening requirements.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers, provide personalized service, contribute to individual and store sales goals, maintain a clean and appealing gift shop, process cash, card, payroll deduction, and approved account transactions, balance cash drawers, report discrepancies, follow attendance and appearance standards, and build positive relationships with hospital staff, volunteers, patients, and visitors.
