What you'll do

• Welcome visitors, staff, and individuals served
• answer, screen, transfer, and direct calls
• notify staff of arrivals
• maintain visitor sign-in procedures and follow security policies
• organize reception and common areas
• schedule conference rooms
• maintain directories
• assist with supply inventory and ordering
• receive and file transportation data
• provide administrative support to human resources and executive management
• communicate messages and concerns.

Why this role
