• Create and execute product, price, promotion, and placement strategies
• support inventory turns, margins, and shrink targets
• develop merchandising programs and promotional plans
• establish product and quality practices
• create SOPs and staff training
• coordinate store-level merchandising, product mix, signage, and financial performance
• support staffing and workflow models
• monitor competitors and industry trends
• use data and research for category and product reviews.
