This role exists to facilitate customer engagement and appointment scheduling through digital communication platforms. The representative is responsible for managing prospect interactions, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with leadership to meet daily activity targets and improve performance.

What you'll do

• Communicate with customers via text message using company-provided methodology
• Communicate with all customers, prospects, and teammates with professionalism, listening actively and show empathy
• Engage with customers by measuring and responding to sentiment
• Enter all information from the conversation into Enabled swiftly and accurately
• Partner with Inside Sales Coaches and Management team for questions or escalated customer situations
• Meet activity targets daily
• Report irresolvable situations to your immediate supervisor for appropriate resolution, avoiding argumentative, unprofessional behavior
• Meet regularly to discuss feedback on performance, develop strategies and ask questions
• Attend weekly team meeting
• Other job duties as assigned
