What you'll do

• Service active and expired policy files
• follow up on carrier subjectivities and post-binding requirements
• maintain agency management documentation
• relay information requests and renewal letters
• compile retailer-provided information for market submissions
• relay written bind and endorsement requests when instructed by a licensed team member
• prepare quotes for release
• transmit issued policies and endorsements
• track pending items and escalate unresolved issues
• ensure surplus-line documents are submitted on time
• and assist with mail and billing questions.
