The role supports The House, a year-round destination for fans to explore, play, taste, and shop through immersive experiences. The crew member helps deliver guest experiences by providing information and service, supporting ticketing and merchandise sales, managing guest flow, and keeping retail inventory and sales areas ready for visitors.

What you'll do

• Restock merchandise, beverages, and supplies
• receive and organize inventory
• maintain stockroom accuracy
• monitor sales-floor inventory and communicate replenishment needs
• support opening and closing procedures
• operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions
• engage with guests
• follow standard operating and emergency procedures
• maintain a safe work environment. The role may require lifting or transporting items up to 50 pounds.
