What you'll do

• Lead daily community operations and onsite staff
• hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees
• oversee leasing, occupancy, rents, collections, and renewals
• manage budgets, forecasts, reporting, and expenses
• address resident concerns and compliance
• conduct inspections and oversee maintenance
• manage renovations, vendors, and invoices
• and support resident retention and reputation management. Some evening and weekend work may be required
• local travel may be required.

Why this role
