Property Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Property Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Kansas City, MO, with compensation of $20–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Handle general property maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, appliance installation or maintenance, trash and large-object disposal, and pool maintenance
• complete apartment repairs, painting, and cleaning between tenants and during residency
• respond to work orders efficiently and respectfully
• provide customer service to residents
• identify other items that could be improved during property visits. Requires maintenance or trade experience, a valid driver’s license, and digital literacy including smartphone use.
