Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager role is onsite in Georgetown, TX, and compensation is not specified. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional weekends and evenings as needed. ROCK is a nonprofit providing equine-assisted services to children, adults, and veterans. The manager oversees day-to-day accounting functions and supports the organization’s financial health. The role maintains accurate records, prepares reporting for leadership and the Board, and supports budgeting, audits, grants, and financial monitoring.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• invoice participants and process payments
• post deposits and disbursements
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• process biweekly payroll
• maintain the general ledger
• prepare monthly financial reports
• maintain participant, donor, and vendor records
• track fixed assets
• assist with budgets, audits, tax preparation, 1099 forms, and grant reporting
• and identify process improvements.
