The Line Cook role is onsite in Durham, NC. Pay is $18.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• set up and stock stations
• check ingredient freshness
• maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food-safety and sanitation rules
• coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
• monitor inventory and report shortages
• follow portion and presentation standards
• assist with new menu items and specials.
