Mental Health Technician

What you'll do

• Observe and assess patients’ mental and emotional states and report changes
• respond to crises using de-escalation techniques
• assist with activities of daily living and skill training
• participate in therapeutic activities and group sessions
• observe medication use and report adverse reactions
• contribute to individualized care plans
• transport clients to appointments as needed
• maintain safety, documentation, and communication with families and the healthcare team
• complete required training and routine household or vehicle upkeep as instructed.

Why this role
