What you'll do

• Develop new accounts and existing customer relationships
• conduct planned customer calls and visits and maintain activity, pipeline, and notes in the CRM
• investigate customer concerns and coordinate with service staff
• pick up and deliver parts and components
• perform site audits, inspections, and hydraulic hose or component surveys
• prepare service proposals as required
• travel to stores in the assigned territory for training and sales activities.
