What you'll do

• Lead receiving, put-away, forklift operations, and dock-to-stock turnaround
• oversee the kit-making team and keep it supplied
• lead pick, pack, and ship operations to meet the 3 PM same-day cutoff
• improve pick-and-pack times and reduce wasted floor time
• plan staffing and coverage across weekly and weekend schedules and promotional peaks
• coach and develop the floor team
• lead the warehouse in the manager’s absence.
