Process Technician — Injection Molding

The Process Technician role is onsite in Plattsburgh, NY, paying $21–$25 per hour. The technician supports continuous production by starting and adjusting injection molding equipment, changing molds and tooling, and addressing defects. Equipment maintenance, safety, and food-safety responsibilities help protect production reliability and the quality of finished products.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• perform injection molding machine start-ups and shutdowns
• perform mold and plate changes
• install related automation equipment
• process injection molding machines
• troubleshoot part defects and adjust machines
• make routine adjustments to maintain production and correct defects
• complete required paperwork
• identify product styles and codes
• perform tooling size changes
• support plant safety, housekeeping, 5S, food safety, and quality assurance procedures
• report product or process failures that could affect food safety.
