• Lead team members and daily operations

• manage shift schedules, ordering, inventory, cash, and administrative tasks
• hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members with the General Manager
• address guest concerns
• support catering and third-party orders
• monitor sales, labor, and other metrics
• follow opening and closing procedures.
