The Operations Lead, Production role is onsite in Duquesne, PA. Compensation is $68,900–$98,200 per year. The role supports L&M Radiator’s TTC plant, which produces custom cooling and heat-transfer solutions for heavy equipment and industrial markets. The role exists to coordinate daily production and supplier activity while helping the plant meet delivery, quality, safety, and business goals. It leads production personnel, monitors performance, and works with departments and production engineers on operational consistency and improvement.

What you'll do

• Plan and maintain production schedules
• monitor KPIs and address staffing, scheduling, quality, and process issues
• coordinate with suppliers and internal departments about shipping changes
• support the annual production/operations budget
• enforce safety and operating procedures
• report performance
• partner with Production Engineers on improvements
• supervise, train, and motivate warehouse and production personnel
• manage shift staffing, attendance, time records, and overtime
• lead 5S, daily management, and Gemba activities
• travel domestically and internationally as required, potentially on weekends.
