What you'll do

• Assist with intake assessments
• observe, document, and maintain medication records
• assess patients with addiction and mental health conditions in coordination with the Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Director
• administer medications and take vital signs
• monitor and document medication self-administration
• enter refill and medication orders
• provide direct patient care
• support patient and family education
• and report changes in condition, emergencies, and safety risks.
