What you'll do

• Serve as an initial contact for incoming calls
• perform daily settlement and warrant processing as needed
• review and index claims through closure, including estate claims and approval level two
• research incoming claims for potentially claimable property
• process incoming and outgoing mail
• prepare letters and perform filing
• communicate with coworkers, citizens, and legal representatives about unclaimed property issues.
