Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Tulsa, OK, and pays $18 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning repairs
• inspect equipment and systems for problems
• conduct quarterly preventive maintenance
• handle tenant service requests and complete repairs promptly
• perform onsite safety repairs
• refurbish residences before occupancy
• respond to emergencies while on call. Requires knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair and use of hand and power tools.
