What you'll do

• Conceptualize structural framing systems
• oversee and perform structural analysis, design, detailing, and BIM work
• prepare signed and sealed construction documents
• review submittals and basic RFIs
• oversee construction observation and special inspections
• initiate projects, prepare budgets and proposals, schedule engineering and BIM work, monitor budgets and billing, serve as client point of contact, and complete project closeout.
