What you'll do

• Own the RainFocus change enablement plan, stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and communications
• deliver training, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation
• lead migration from prior event platforms including Splash and Cvent
• coordinate with the RainFocus vendor
• track adoption and enablement KPIs
• prioritize feature requests and communicate status and tradeoffs
• maintain process documentation, runbooks, and FAQs.
