What you'll do

• Coordinate subcontractors or multi-primes
• maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors
• supervise self-performed work
• process clarification requests
• update as-built drawings
• track costs
• develop and update project schedules
• ensure progress photos and daily reports are completed
• verify materials and workmanship meet specifications and standards
• review shop drawings and submittals
• assist the project manager with estimating changes
• and lead implementation of project and company safety plans.
