Job overview
The Purchase and Warehouse Coordinator role is onsite in Wooster, OH, with stated pay of $20 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Service Now Heating & Air Conditioning provides heating, cooling, air quality, and plumbing services in the surrounding area. The role helps keep field service work supplied and operations organized.
What you'll do
- Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to job sites or the warehouse
- replenish technicians’ and installers’ trucks
- coordinate with supply houses to maintain warehouse stock
- process warranty parts and labor credits
- order parts with correct purchase orders and departments
- prioritize urgent technician requests.
