What you'll do

• Perform assigned dietary work routines using department utensils, supplies, and equipment
• assist the cook with meal preparation and service
• meet scheduled meal and snack times
• follow federal and state long-term-care regulations and department procedures
• clean according to schedules
• arrange tray cards, load food carts, serve residents, and wash and store dishes
• report supply, equipment, safety, and facility concerns
• assist with receiving and storing food supplies
• follow infection-control and HIPAA requirements.
