What you'll do

• Process and audit multi-state payroll
• maintain payroll records and handle related filings, deductions, garnishments, and benefit integrations
• prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close activities
• oversee accounts payable and invoicing
• review payer data and investigate discrepancies
• implement quality-control checklists and process improvements
• mentor accounting staff
• and support audits and finance leadership.
