What you'll do

• Set up and operate drawbenches, pointers, and other steel tube reduction equipment
• review mill orders and determine tooling
• process pieces to meet specifications
• report processing changes to the department lead
• ensure proper alkaline cleaning of product
• operate computer terminals, forklifts, and cranes
• manage hazardous waste
• maintain housekeeping and equipment
• perform basic preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• participate in problem-solving teams and kaizen events.
