What you'll do

• Build expertise in QuoteWerks architecture, workflows, configuration, and integrations
• validate features, bug fixes, and integrations
• reproduce and investigate escalated issues
• work with Development to test fixes
• maintain test environments and diagnostic resources
• communicate product changes to internal teams
• assist Sales with complex technical questions
• identify recurring issues and document findings.
