What you'll do

• Tour and clean public areas according to the checklist
• clean restrooms, telephones, windows, entrances, conference rooms, and indoor patio areas
• recheck restrooms hourly and clean or restock supplies as needed
• tidy public areas before the end of the shift
• restock and store the housekeeping cart
• report maintenance needs, deficiencies, unusual occurrences, and requests
• follow safety, key-control, and lost-and-found procedures
• provide quality guest service
• attend staff meetings. May assist with laundry, room cleaning, or special projects when required.
