What you'll do

• Lead concierge ambassadors by example
• coordinate communication with the property manager
• address resident concerns and complaints
• manage team schedules and weekly payroll
• conduct staff and individual meetings
• coach performance and enforce accountability
• develop and implement operating procedures
• maintain service and appearance standards
• log and audit packages
• monitor cameras and patrol the property
• assist with amenity requests.
