It aligns engineering, procurement, sales, and construction work so projects can progress through approvals and field execution.

What you'll do

• Lead permitting submissions to local jurisdictions
• coordinate zoning, planning, and environmental issues with officials
• manage utility interconnection tracks and approvals
• coordinate final inspections toward Permission to Operate
• serve as liaison for corporate clients and facility managers
• host client progress meetings
• coordinate facility access
• occasionally prepare and send AIA billing
• coordinate internal teams, design reviews, and handoffs to field superintendents and construction foremen
• flag project bottlenecks and risks.
