What you'll do

• Lead daily horizontal directional drilling operations
• plan assignments and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and production
• coordinate drill setup, bores, reaming, fluid management, conduit installation, pullbacks, and utility crossings
• monitor production and equipment use
• maintain safety and quality
• coordinate with project leadership, utility owners, inspectors, and suppliers
• train crew members
• complete reports, bore logs, and project documentation.
