What you'll do

• Identify, retrieve, and complete insurance authorization requests
• apply knowledge of federal, state, and local benefits, billing procedures, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance
• communicate to facilitate appropriate admissions and relay information to the team
• conduct interviews to obtain information
• record data accurately and complete documentation by deadlines
• manage competing deadlines
• work collaboratively and independently
• maintain a valid Virginia driver’s license and travel to Horizon sites as operational needs require.

Why this role
