What you'll do

• Review and evaluate background screening results
• verify candidate education and employment information
• work with third-party screening vendors to identify discrepancies
• maintain final reports in line with local data protection legislation
• assist with compliance auditing, staff training, process refinement, standardization initiatives, and escalation of issues.
