What you'll do

• Assist with nursing staff assignments and scheduling

• cooperate with medical staff
• help resolve nursing services problems
• support policies and systems
• oversee nursing and related service records
• validate MDS and care plans
• participate in quality improvement
• conduct in-service and orientation programs
• review physician orders
• supervise RNs and LVNs.
