What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, meals, and daily living
• record vital signs and care observations
• support dining, housekeeping, laundry, and wellness activities
• communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the charge nurse
• assist providers and nursing staff with procedures as needed.
