What you'll do

• Welcome guests and establish service expectations
• document vehicle concerns and review service history
• explain maintenance and repair recommendations, costs, and options
• obtain authorization and maintain repair-order records
• coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and service management
• communicate repair status and changes
• review completed work and invoices
• support vehicle delivery and schedule follow-up service when appropriate
• follow dealership, manufacturer, safety, and regulatory requirements.
