Blend Line Operator

The Blend Line Operator role is onsite in Hillsboro, ND; compensation is not specified. The operator supports Anchor Ingredients’ Blending Team in producing pre-blended flours used in customers’ pet food production lines. The role ensures ingredients are accurately blended, labeled, documented, and stored according to production and quality requirements. It contributes to efficient production and customer supply by following assigned tasks, monitoring inventory, maintaining housekeeping and safety, and reporting quality or safety concerns.

What you'll do

• Complete tasks assigned by the Blending Lead
• communicate ingredient requirements with the team
• complete paperwork accurately and on time
• maintain production and warehouse housekeeping
• assist with scheduled production
• label products to standards
• verify ingredients and monitor inventory
• coordinate excess ingredients with the Warehouse Manager
• follow safety and quality programs
• report hazards, accidents, near misses, and product deviations.
