Remote Field Service Technician

The Remote Field Service Technician role is listed onsite in Cheyenne, WY, with approximately 100% domestic and international travel depending on regional business needs. The role exists to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair engines and equipment at customer locations, helping resolve customer issues and complete repairs to manufacturer requirements. The technician coordinates with service, parts, sales, customers, and engineering or warranty teams to support reliable field service.

What you'll do

• Travel to customer locations for engine and equipment repairs
• troubleshoot customer issues
• plan repair methods and sequence
• inspect repairs and complete work to manufacturer requirements
• pre-order parts and materials
• maintain vehicle inventory
• complete work orders and time sheets
• communicate with customers
• maintain service truck and work area
• assist with warranty claims and customer invoices.
