What you'll do

• Support employment compliance across Texas, Colorado, and California
• monitor regulatory updates and conduct routine audits
• coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes, and separations
• maintain employee records and I-9 documentation
• respond to HR inquiries and service requests
• coordinate leave and benefits administration
• maintain HRIS data and conduct audits
• generate reports
• support system improvements and standardized workflows
• participate in HR projects and organizational events
• travel to sites up to 20% of the time.
