What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance requests
• prepare apartments for new residents
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• maintain common areas and amenities
• document work in a mobile work-order system
• communicate with residents, vendors, and the team
• and participate in an on-call rotation.
