The Line Cook role is onsite in Breckenridge, CO, at $20–$24 per hour. Destination Hospitality aims to create distinctive hospitality experiences in destination resort markets. This role prepares and executes dishes to the kitchen’s standards for quality, flavor, presentation, and timing. Through station management, food safety, preparation, and coordination with kitchen and front-of-house teammates, the Line Cook helps deliver consistent guest experiences.

What you'll do

• Set up, stock, and close assigned kitchen stations
• complete prep lists
• execute recipes and plating standards
• operate kitchen equipment while maintaining safe food temperatures
• taste and evaluate food
• follow food handling, storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures
• communicate with the Chef, expo, and front-of-house team
• support timely service and kitchen shutdown.
