Harm Reduction Specialist

What you'll do

• Engage people experiencing homelessness and/or substance use
• distribute risk reduction supplies
• conduct outreach at overdose hotspots and encampments
• connect people to substance use treatment
• provide housing and behavioral health referrals and navigation
• restock the harm reduction vending machine and hub
• support monthly peer-led workshops
• document services and referrals
• participate in trainings and reporting
• maintain confidentiality
• support program data and community events.
