What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day leadership, performance monitoring, and documented clinical supervision for program staff, including at least two hours of supervision per month per direct-care staff member. Lead weekly team meetings, support treatment planning, manage referrals and triage, and provide some ACT client services through case management or skills training. Oversee documentation, audits, scheduling, staff development, and service quality
• coordinate with the Program Director and community partners.
