Life Enrichment Coordinator

Job overview

The Life Enrichment Coordinator role is onsite in Fort Wayne, IN. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. Cedarhurst provides senior living communities focused on resident care and personalized services. The coordinator helps develop and deliver activities and experiences that support residents’ social engagement, physical and cognitive stimulation, creativity, and emotional well-being. By working with residents, families, and community staff, the role helps tailor programs to residents’ interests, abilities, and life stories.

What you'll do

• Help plan, schedule, and lead community activities, holiday celebrations, and special events
• introduce residents and families to life enrichment programs
• coordinate holiday decorations
• assist with resident Life Stories and activity attendance
• complete family messaging in the electronic platform
• attend monthly virtual education meetings
• drive the community bus for outings and appointments as needed
• support communication with residents’ families about well-being
• and collaborate with staff and management.
